This book is about how to take care of ourselves. It is a journey, where we talk about attitude, diet, nutrition, exercise, and many little changes that we can make in our lives to be healthier.
One of the greatest challenges we face today is how to escape the epidemic of disease that is raging all around us. Living longer, healthier lives will require that we become aware of our bodies, and learn how to take care of ourselves in ways we have never done before. Attitude is the first step. We must dare to be healthy, discover what steps are necessary and then do them, for the rest of our lives.
I wrote this book to change our lives, bring us health, joy and the will to Live as Long as We Dare!
